The skies may still be dull and grey, but the streets of central London were full of sparkle this weekend as celebrities descended on the Southbank Centre’s Royal Festival Hall for the BAFTAs 2025. With so many fabulous films to celebrate, the stars pulled out all the stops with sleek tuxedos, glittering gowns and, of course, plenty of luxurious sparkle.
Here, we take a closer look at the best jewels of the night.
Stacy Martin

Actress Stacy Martin from The Brutalist (which is a best film nominee) hit the town in a custom floral-inspired Louis Vuitton gown, accompanied by a pair of white diamond high jewellery earrings, a matching white gold and diamond necklace, and a bracelet, also by Louis Vuitton.
Marianne Jean-Baptiste

Leading actress nominee Marianne Jean-Baptiste opted for a clutch of white diamond jewels by British jeweller Garrard, including the Albemarle diamond ear jackets, diamond necklace, Lotus diamond ring and another diamond ring.
Joe Alwyn

Joe Alwyn walked the red carpet looking dapper in a classic Elsa Peretti for Tiffany & Co ‘Amapola’ brooch in sterling silver and red silk.
Thomasin McKenzie

‘Joy’ actress Thomasin McKensie added shimmer to her all-black ensemble with a sprinkling of Bulgari diamonds, including a pair of white gold and diamond openwork Diva’s Dream earrings.
Cynthia Erivo

‘Old’ was definitely gold for Cynthia Erivo, who attended the awards ceremony in a selection of vintage emerald jewels from Tiffany & Co – a nod to the green hue of her character Elphaba in ‘Wicked‘ (which garnered seven BAFTA nominations this year). She chose archival 1920s earrings in platinum-iridium set, a matching diamond and emerald bracelet (dated between 1925-1940), a green tourmaline and diamond ring, a Jean Schlumberger Sixteen Stone diamond ring, and a Victoria diamond vine ring in platinum and white diamonds.
Ariana Grande

Erivo’s co-star Ariana Grande also opted to channel her ‘Wicked’ character, Glinda, in a soft pink gown and accessorised with diamonds by the Parisian maison Chaumet.
Anna Kendrick

Anna Kendrick opted for a suite of dazzling emerald jewels by the BAFTAs jewellery partner, Bulgari. She picked a high jewellery necklace set with diamonds, buff-top emeralds and a central octagonal emerald weighing over 11 carats, plus a pair of matching emerald and diamond earrings and ring.
Selena Gomez

It was also a vintage evening for newly engaged star Selena Gomez, who sparkled through the night a jewelled gown and archival pieces from Tiffany & Co. She wore a pair of platinum and diamond earrings dated from between 1950 and 1960, plus a 1930s diamond bracelet, alongside a more modern diamond bracelet and two diamond rings.
Kelly Rutherford

Actress Kelly Rutherford opted for a suite of white gold and diamond jewels by Chaumet.
Colman Domingo

Domingo looked fabulous as ever on the red carpet, this time in Tiffany & Co jewellery. He opted for the brand’s iconic Jean Schlumberger Bird on a Rock brooch, at T1 pendant, and Victoria diamond stud earrings.
Marisa Abela

Marisa Abela kept things streamlined and simple with a Cartier high jewellery necklace in platinum, set with diamonds and a central ruby drop.
Kaya Scodelario

‘The Gentlemen‘ star Kaya Scodelario accessorised her midnight-hued gown with a high jewellery platinum and diamond necklace, stud earrings and matching ring, all by Bulgari.
Zoe Saldana

Best supporting actress nominee Zoe Saldana rocked a high jewellery suite by De Beers, including a necklace with diamonds and jet, diamond stud earrings and classic eternity bands.
India Amarteifio

‘Queen Charlotte’ star India Amarteifio paired her long black gown with mixed metal jewels by Messika. She opted for shoulder-dusting white gold and diamond earrings, a stack of Move bracelets in yellow gold and diamonds and a matching ring.
Demi Moore

Nominated for best actress for her starring role in body horror flick ‘The Substance’, Demi Moore chose to sparkle in pieces from De Beers’ latest high jewellery collection, Essence of Nature, including an asymmetric ear cuff and ear climber, bracelet and ring.
Pamela Anderson

Pandora’s ambassador Pamela Anderson donned a custom ‘Infinite Collar’ necklace by the brand, with 68 carats of lab-grown diamonds (including 2 carat stones recycled from the piece she wore to the 2024 Met Gala) all set in 14k white gold.
Isabella Rossellini

‘Conclave’ star Isabella Rossellini broke with the trend for monochromatic jewels and instead opted for vibrant high jewellery pieces from Roman jeweller Bulgari. She wore the Diva’s Dream necklace in pink gold with green tourmalines, peridots, beryls, emeralds and diamonds, plus a pink gold high jewellery ring with coral inserts, a central peridot, emeralds and diamonds.
Timothée Chalamet

Chalamet channelled more monochromatic magic in a Panthère de Cartier necklace in 18k white gold, featuring Cartier’s emblematic big cat with a diamond and onyx coat and gleaming emerald eyes (a matching panther ring was spotted on his pinky finger, too).
Camila Cabello

With all that fabulous ice on, it’s no wonder Camila Cabello felt a tad chilly. The singer-songwriter frosted herself in TASAKI’s Lueur du Jour parure, with a bracelet, ring and earrings all in 18k white gold and diamonds, which perfectly matched her sequinned Sabina Bilenko gown.
Felicity Jones

‘The Brutalist’ star sparkled in a suite of diamond jewels by Chaumet, including a pair of Valse Impériale earrings.
