Non-UK orders may incur import duties/taxes and handling charges.
Please note that for same-day postage, orders must be placed by 9:00 AM on working days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after this time will be posted on the next available working day.
During busy periods, there may be a slight delay; however, all orders will be dispatched within 5 working days.
Shipping costs are based on the weight and value of your basket and update automatically. To see postage costs add the items into your basket and see the Shipping Estimator.

VAT on our prices
For UK customers receiving deliveries at UK postal addresses, our prices will include UK VAT at 20% by default, where applicable.
If you are having products delivered to an address outside the UK, you will not be subject to the 20% VAT (UK Sales Tax). Therefore, please divide the GBP price displayed on our product listings by 1.2 (£120.00 ÷ 1.2 = £100.00 export price).
Once you have registered an account and logged in, the shopping basket will automatically remove the UK Sales Tax.
Any invoice or emails that you receive from the website will show zero UK sales tax, and will show any tax percentage as Zero.
What payment methods do you accept?
At Railwayscenics we accept most debit and credit cards via Stripe payments. The process is safe and secure.
We can also accept a wide range of payments through PayPal.
Should you feel unsafe using a card online you are more than welcome to phone us and pay over the phone.

Returns
We have a 14-day return policy. Contact us by email or phone before returning any items.
Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt in their original condition for a refund, which will be processed within 14 working days.
Returns after 14 days for unwanted, incorrectly ordered, or unauthorized items may incur a restocking fee of 20% or £10, whichever is greater.
For damaged or faulty goods, contact us within 48 hours for further instructions.
